While Giant is having a buy one, get one free deal on Sea Cuisine Entrees this weekend, deputies got a better deal on Thursday of two wanted suspects for the price of one.
On February 27th at approximately 12:57 p.m. Deputy F.A. Martinez and Deputy K.R. Sprinkles responded to the Affordable Suites of America, located at 44 Woodstock Lane, for a wanted suspect. An observant tipster advised Christopher Culbertson, 45, of Warrenton, was at the business. Culbertson was wanted out of Prince William County for multiple larceny and fraud incidents. When deputies arrived, they observed Culbertson packing his items into a vehicle. Little did he know, his stay would be a bit longer.
Culbertson was detained without incident. During a search incident to arrest, he was found to be in possession of suspected controlled substances. During this time, the driver of the vehicle, who identified herself as “Barbara,” made contact with deputies. Inside the vehicle located in plain view deputies observed additional suspected controlled substances. When further questioning of “Barbara” continued, it was discovered Barbara was actually a Jessika. Jessika Crouch, 34, of Stafford, to be exact, who was also wanted out of Prince William County.
Culbertson was served on his outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with possession of controlled substances. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,500 secured bond. Crouch was also served on her outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with possession of controlled substances, identity theft, and providing a false identity to law enforcement. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. |
