A 34-year-old wanted Fredericksburg man was located and arrested after causing several disturbances at a local hospital.
On October 27th at approximately 8:43 p.m. Deputy W.E. Trainor responded to Stafford Hospital, located at 101 Hospital Center Boulevard, for a disturbance. It was advised a staff member was assaulted by a patient.
Deputy Trainor made contact with all parties involved to discover what occurred. It was discovered Daniel Castillo was inside the hospital causing several disturbances. Due to this, security was assigned to keep an eye on him. This would only escalate the disturbances, for Castillo would make threats towards the security officer, assault him, and use racial statements. Castillo would also have an active warrant out of Prince William County for a failure to appear offense.
Castillo was charged with assault related to a hate crime and disorderly conduct at a hospital. He was additionally served on his outstanding warrant. Castillo was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. |
