The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a breaking and entering that occurred in North Stafford Saturday morning.

On May 18th at approximately 8:07 a.m. Deputy B.W. Gildea responded to Kwik Mart, located at 115 Onville Road, for a breaking and entering. Staff advised the business was broken into in the early morning hours and the incident was captured on camera.

At 3:26 a.m. the suspect can be seen looking through the glass of the business to ensure it is empty before leaving. He would return moments later with a large square stone planter. After four attempts, the suspect broke the glass of the business. He would then vault through the opening and land face first into the business. From there, the suspect would frantically run around the business in an attempt to locate booze. He would take two 18 packs of Modelo beers before leaving in a less than graceful manner.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and a white t-shirt around his head as a makeshift balaclava, which obviously did not work. If you have any information on this beer-napping suspect, please contact the Sheriff’s Office.
