Last night, our stabbing suspect from an incident that occurred on March 8th was located and arrested. Leonard Pratt Jr., 22, of Port Royal, was served on his outstanding warrants of malicious wounding, assault and battery, as and disorderly conduct. He is currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
