Three juveniles and one 19-year-old face serious consequences after escalating an incident in South Stafford Monday night. On January 29th at approximately 7:13 p.m. deputies responded to a residence in the Leeland Station Subdivision for a report of an attempted breaking and entering. It was advised someone broke down their front door before fleeing the area. When deputies arrived, they discovered the glass storm door on the front of the home was completely shattered. Luckily for deputies, not only did they have a complete narrative from the victim, but the entire incident was caught on camera.
It was discovered a know adult suspect and three juvenile companions chased the victim into her residence. Juvenile suspect one kicked the front door, causing the glass to shatter. All four suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle.
Deputies would later locate the suspect vehicle on Raquel Court with all four suspects still inside. While attempting to detain them, juvenile suspect two resisted, but it did not work and he too was detained. All four were found to be in possession of marijuana and the juveniles’ parents were notified. The mother of juvenile suspect one and three advised she was “appalled” after learning what transpired.
Criminal complaints for destruction of property, disorderly conduct, and underage possession of marijuana were filed for juvenile suspect one. Criminal complaints for disorderly conduct, and underage possession of marijuana were filed for juvenile suspects two and three. Warrants for three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and disorderly conduct were obtained for the adult female suspect. |
