A 37-year-old Stafford man received a felony charge after making a scene during his intoxicated spree.

On October 20th at approximately 11:12 p.m. deputies responded to Buffalo Mo’s, located at 33 Wicomico Drive, for a disturbance. Security advised an intoxicated individual had been asked to leave due to him bringing an underage male to the business. The suspect left only to return moments later refusing to leave and making threats to security.

When deputies arrived, they made contact with the suspect, identified as Dominick Vazquez. Not only was he in an extremely intoxicated state, it was discovered he had driven to the business in his intoxicated state. Vazquez would make several threats towards deputies during their encounter. He would even attempt to headbutt a deputy, but luckily, the deputy was able to prevent the headbutt.

Vazquez was charged with driving under the influence second offense in ten years, refusal, trespassing, and assault on law enforcement. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
