A food fight at a North Stafford fast food restaurant led to the arrest of a 51-year-old Stafford man yesterday.
On August 5th at 11:02 p.m. Deputy K.L. Steffenhagen responded to the Burger King on Garrisonville Road for an assault. The investigation revealed two workers were embroiled in an argument.
A volley of french fries were fired by one worker at the other and met by a salvo of onion rings flung by the second worker. The initial combatant proceeded to strike the other worker.
Neither party in the dispute required medical assistance. Deputy Steffenhagen identified the french fry flinger as the aggressor and he was arrested for assault and battery. He was released by the magistrate on an unsecured bond. |
