Expelliarmus!
Deputies did not have to transport a prisoner to Azkaban since they successfully resolved a disturbance involving a wand at a North Stafford restaurant.
On January 24th at 8:44 p.m. Deputy D.M. Bertrand and Deputy J.W. Ahern responded to Fatty’s Taphouse on Garrisonville Road for a disturbance and may have thought they were in Daigon Alley. A muggle contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report a wand wielding woman refusing to leave the business.
Fortunately, it did not appear the Cruciatus Curse or Imperius Curse were used and there were no complaints of injuries on the scene. Deputies could not confirm if the disturbance was a result of a lack of butterbeer at the bar or that the Quidditch match was not playing on the television.
The 30-year-old woman was checked and agreed to leave the business. She did not need a ride to Platform 9 ¾ and disapparated from the parking lot moments later.
Disclaimer: the wand shown in the photo is not the actual wand from the incident. |
