On December 28th, at approximately 3:43 p.m. deputies responded to Mimi’s Health Spa located at 385 Garrisonville Road for a report of a robbery. Staff advised a man had sexually assaulted a female worker before using a knife to rob the business. The man then fled the scene. Detectives responded to the scene and took over the investigation. After interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence, it was determined Alan Davon Oliver, 19, of Stafford, was the suspect. Oliver has been arrested for rape, abduction and robbery with a weapon. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

This is an active investigation and more charges may be pursued at a later time.
