The Stafford Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing person with dementia named Warren Lovingood. He has been missing since 12/26, sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. He is driving a black four door 2014 Kia Optima with Georgia plate, CGC 6527.
