Popular. We hope this release is going to be popular. A wanted woman would take the yellow brick road down to Rappahannock Regional Jail after causing a disturbance in North Stafford. The day before the anticipated release of “Wicked”, November 21st, at approximately 6:03 p.m. Sergeant A.T. Leckemby and Deputy K.F. Bierfeldt responded to Shelton Shop Road for a Grande sized disturbance. The caller advised a known female was at her residence despite the caller not wanting her there due to her wanted status. Prior to deputies’ arrival, they were able to confirm the suspect was wanted out of Stafford County for a probation violation, and through Prince William County for a failure to appear and a pretrial violation. These problems would not be solved simply by clicking her heels. Deputies observed the suspect within a vehicle and called her by name. In a Defying Gravity twist, the suspect would identify herself as her twin sister. The sister switcheroo spell would not fool anyone on scene. After some convincing the suspect would exit the vehicle; however, that is when she did Something Bad. The suspect would resist arrest and disregard commands. During the struggle to place her into handcuffs, a glass vial came off the suspect’s person. The substance within it would have the power to turn even a good witch into a wicked witch of the West. After finally being detained, the suspect admitted to the substance being crack. The suspect was given a ride, but not to the Land of Oz. The suspect, Amanda Pacey, 31, of Stafford, was charged with possession of controlled substances, obstruction of justice, and falsely identifying herself to law enforcement. She was additionally served on her outstanding warrants. The great and powerful magistrate would hold her at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. |
