The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office’s Traffic Safety Unit is currently investigating a recent pedestrian being struck. The victim advised the hit and run occurred yesterday, October 2nd, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. While traveling along Southbound Warrenton Road between Marsh Road and Hartwood Church Road, the victim was struck by what was described as a red SUV style vehicle that was traveling approximately 50 MPH. Luckily, the victim only received minor injuries.
