Two Stafford individuals wanted on drug related offenses were located, unsurprisingly, with additional drugs during a traffic stop last night.

Earlier this month, detectives with the Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation into Jeremy Miller, 38, and Kirsten Torkos Incontri, 39. As a result of that investigation, warrants for two counts of the distribution of controlled substances were obtained for both of them.

On August 14th at approximately 6:20 p.m. information was received on Millers location. Sergeant B.U. Demirci would position himself in the area of Warrenton Road and Poplar Road in an attempt to locate the vehicle he was known to be traveling in. When he observed it, and Miller behind the wheel, Sergeant Demirci conducted a traffic stop at Walmart, located at 11 Village Parkway.

Deputy W.A. Bolinsky would respond to assist as Miller was detained. Torkos was identified as the passenger and also detained. Within the vehicle were numerous suspected controlled substances and paraphernalia. It was quickly discovered the duo had communicated with each other about the sales and distribution of narcotics within the area.

Both were served on their outstanding warrants, as well as, received additional charges for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Both were held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
