Two suspects were arrested for drug offenses after a traffic stop in South Stafford Wednesday night.

On May 18th at 10:59 p.m. Deputy F.C. O’Neill conducted a traffic stop at the Wawa on South Gateway Drive. The driver was identified as Charlene Bohannon Lockley, 36, of Richmond and her license was revoked. The passenger was identified as Toyre Jones, 34, of Chesterfield.

Deputies located a suspected controlled substance concealed on Bohannon Lockley and additional suspected controlled substance in the vehicle. Both suspects were charged with possession of a controlled substance and Bohannon Lockley was additionally charged with driving revoked. Both were held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
