Road in Stafford County’s White Oak area to close between
Paul Hill Road and Trails End Lane

FREDERICKSBURG – Route 604 (Belle Plains Road) in Stafford County will be closed to through traffic between Route 722 (Paul Hill Road) and Trails End Lane on Aug. 18-21.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is installing a new drainage pipe, and cleaning adjacent drainage ditches.

Belle Plains Road will close at the work zone at 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 18 and will remain closed through 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21.

Traffic will be detoured to Route 218 (White Oak Road) and Route 603 (Newtown Road). Detour signs to guide motorists will be posted.
